While signed in, click on your nickname at the top right and then Account settings. On the first page, you will see current email address listed and then 2 fields: Enter New Email and Please enter the verification code. For the first one, enter your new email address and then click on Get verification code. You will then get a verification code to your new email address. Once you receive that, enter that code on second line. Finally click on Submit and your email address (including your login) will be set to the new email address.
